Come see for yourselves - lots of cool items available - (Pic below) __________________________________________________________________ NEWS: Vespetti Italian Restaurant has 2 x Waitress positions (or Waiter) available.. These are full time positions - to start immediately - (or in the new year - in which case we will have temp staff till end January) We are situated in Port Nolloth in the Northern Cape - 750km's away from Cape Town on the West Coast - near Namibia. This is a tiny holiday village and there are no malls and cinema's here. It is however cheap to live here & life is simple and good. Warning: If you need to have regular access to the city life, then this is NOT for you. This is remote and quiet living - very seasonal. City slickers will NOT like it... We would like to employ 2 friends (or a couple) who are keen to come and live the chilled west coast lifestyle, here in Port Nolloth. We are looking for a commitment of at least 6 months - but, preferably a year - or even longer if this go well... The positions pay a small basic salary or R1200/each (as well as one staff meal every working day - 5 days/week) - you also get to keep ALL of your own tips. This is anything from R50/day to R400/day - You should come away with no less than R3000 a month (each) in the quiet times and over double that during the holiday periods. We do not offer accommodation as such, but will help you find something suitable. You will have to spend R600-750 a month (each) for a little place that's shared - R1200-1500 for a cottage/flatlet/room/etc for both of you... Vespetti is a family owned and run establishment which specializes in Pizza, Pasta and Seafood. We have a young and fun team and life is good. Our food is renowned as been the best in the area and we pride ourselves on first class service and perfection/dedication in everything we do... For this position - You main duties would be front of house work - Waitress (Or waiter) - But there may be times that we require you to assist us with other stuff - This could be any and every aspect of running our restaurant. One day you will be a waitress – the next day you will be washing dishes – then you may simply be clearing tables – then you could be helping with stock. You may have to run to the shop because we are out of something & you will probably spend a couple days helping in the kitchen with basic cooking.  You could be expected to do just about anything that we need help with that involves the general running of the restaurant - Understand this now… We hate the idea of job descriptions - everyone does a little bit of everything that is needed... Be Warned: The restaurant does get very busy at times and this can be a demanding position during the school holidays and flower season times - Long hours and hard work Interested in a life in this cool little coastal town - and you are 100% sure that you can handle the rural lifestyle?
